In order to keep up with the dps and healing being put out, tank classes have several buttons that have the Increased Enmity modifier. Not sure how crit heals are affected, but that's mostly beyond our scope here. Healing works similarily, but is a flat 50% of the healed value, so a Cure healing for 100 gets you 50 enmity. Misses give half the enmity you would have gained from the attack if it had hit, so if you would have done 100 damage the miss gets you 50 enmity. If you crit, on top of the higher damage, your enmity gained from that attack is at a 1.1 ratio, so if you crit for 100 damage you get 110 enmity. Damage, before special modifiers like Quelling Strikes, is 1:1 you do 100 damage, you've received 100 enmity. Monster aggro tables are based on damage and healing done around it no damage or healing done, you're not on it.
